Hello and a warm welcome! We’re really pleased you’re considering staying with us and hope you’ll enjoy some relaxing time here. We’ve put together a few friendly notes about your stay to help everything run smoothly — nothing formal, just the things we like our guests to know.
Booking: You can reserve your stay online using the Book Now button.
Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
We know plans can change, so if you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible.
Refunds:
100% refund – 30 days before check-in
50% refund – 7–14 days before check-in
0% refund – 1–6 days before check-in
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellations, just in case. If you decide not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that may occur.
Check-in: From 2pm. Need to arrive earlier? Give us a shout and we’ll do our best to sort it.
Check-out: By 10am, please, so we have time to get ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may carry a small extra charge.
Maximum Occupancy: The lodge sleeps up to 4 guests. Please stick to this limit for comfort and safety. If extra guests arrive, we’ll need to ask them to find alternative accommodation.
Respect: Treat our home as you would your own — we want everyone to enjoy it.
No Smoking or Vaping: For everyone’s comfort, this isn’t allowed indoors.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome up to 2 medium dogs or 1 large dog. Please let us know in advance and note there’s a small additional fee.
Noise: Please be mindful of neighbours, especially between 11pm and 8am.
Damages: Accidents happen — just let us know if anything gets broken or damaged.
Liability: We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings, so please keep an eye on your things.
Maintenance: If you spot anything that needs attention during your stay, just let us know and we’ll sort it promptly.
